How it works

Consultation
Our consultation enables us to gather all the necessary information required to tailor your programme around any work and/or life commitments and to get an understanding into your training history, lifestyle and goals you want to achieve. 'This can be done either by email, phone or by video call'

Tailored Programme
Our packages are moulded based upon your consultation. We will then create your programme with our innovative science lead philosophy. This tailored plan will help you progress along your personal fitness continuum along your journey to results

Training Plan
Once you have selected your plan, it will be sent to you via email, where all your information will be stored in a personal G-drive folder.
Then your journey begins...
face to face
Here at SOC fitness we also offer face-to-face sessions, an opportunity for you to really get that hands-on detail and coaching eye from world class trainers.
